ALFATEK is an Italian company specialized in the production of plants for bottling.

Industry is among the most qualified in the field, with experience, know-how and a high technological potential expressed into a range of innovative products with whom Alfatek has consolidated its presence in the domestic and abroad market and met the consensus of the most demanding and qualified operators.


Philosophy

Development, technological innovation and high quality standards, are the primary objective of the Company. A daily use of energy and major investments are allocated to research, to the improvement of technical solutions and to upgrading of production facilities and training, in order to create products increasingly sophisticated, competitive and responsive to the diverse needs of the market.

Significant resources have committed in design and into development center in which, in addition to the technical staff Alfatek, are involved expert biologists, microbiologists and oil masters, all supported by academic research centers.

From these synergies were created the innovative solutions applied to machinery Alfatek, besides covered by patents, and have enabled the development of specific process technologies that can preserve the organoleptic characteristics and physical properties of the products to bottle, through whom Alfatek has made a name of itself as expertise in the field of bottling of the products of higher quality range.


The History

The company was founded in 1993 thanks to intuition of the wine expert Mario Guastalli, current president, under the wich leadership, and genuine passion, Alfatek is arrived to fruition of his long experience in both the technical and commercial field.

Today, the leadership of the company is entrusted to the children Maximilian and Michela, personally involved in and supported by a staff of qualified employees.


Headquarters

The company consists of two sheds covering a total area of 15,000 sqm, of which 5000 covered. The main building houses the headquarters, the commercial office, the administrative office, the technical office, the logistics besides the warehouse with the sector reserved to the assembling and to the components.

The second shed is wholly dedicated to production, including the realization of the partly finished, to the construction of individual components and to the assembly of the machines into specially equipped islands.

The rational arrangement of the working areas, the wide spaces reserved for the manufacture, handling and storage, ensure proper management of production processes in strict adherence to quality standards set for each stage of intervention.


The Energy

The business, under any aspect, is based on professional competence and strong motivation of human resources, adequately supported by modern technology and by sophisticated systems for design and programming CAD-CAM integrated with a software dedicated to managing the production cycle including quality control and compliance with project standards.

A thorough optimization of operational procedures enables the realization of both design and production phases inside the plant, with significant advantages in terms of quality, product reliability, control and cost containment.


Activity

The compartments reserved for the production have got moderns automated centres and numerically controlled machines of new generation that can guarantee high precision manufacturies.

Materials, components and accessories used are carefully selected and controlled in compliance with specified requirements for quality and reliability.

The assemblies of the machines takes place in separate phases of pre and post editing in specific equipped islands and then subjected to a rigorous final testing, whose final data will be integrated with other technical documentation supplied with each product placed on the market.

To give customers a constant and skilled presence, productive work is supported by a pre and post sales service, to enable supply of spare parts and any forms of consultancy and maintenance interventions.
