With 30,000 installations worldwide, ARPAC packaging systems have been successfully installed in virtually every industry. Our machines provide tailor-fit packaging solutions to producers of foods, beverages, printed publications, pharmaceutical goods, health & beauty products, building supplies, automotive products, material handling companies and a wide variety of industrial and consumer goods. This broad scope of expertise has led us to develop an equally wide range of machinery, capable of solving virtually any packaging problem.
ARPAC's vast packaging product line includes shrink wrappers, shrink bundlers, tray formers, case formers, tray packers, case packers, shrink tunnels, pallet stretch wrappers and stretch hooding systems. All our machines are highly customizable, and we specialize in designing integrated production lines tailor-fit to customers' needs.
ARPAC's headquarters, manufacturing, training facility and showroom are centrally located in Schiller Park, IL, near Chicago's O'Hare International Airport. ARPAC maintains sales offices throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and selected countries worldwide.
ARPAC has 230 employees and occupies 180,000 square feet of office and manufacturing space. ARPAC machinery is sold and serviced by our international network of 500 independent distributors.

ARPAC has set up packaging lines that include depalletizers, labelers, conveyors, tray loaders, tray stackers, and shrink wrappers. ARPAC offers free regularly scheduled operator and preventative maintenance training at our state of the art education center, complete with certification programs on ARPAC equipment. In addition, ARPAC offers custom training in your facility to ensure familiarity with your specific machine.
World-Class Customer Service
ARPAC will work with you to find the best packaging solution for your production line. Send in your samples to the ARPAC sample lab and our team will determine what machine best fits your product. ARPAC will develop your quotation by taking into consideration several factors including: product size and weight, line speed, film gauge, use of plain or print registered film, type of film enclosure, special requirements regarding package appearance and the ability to withstand rough handling.
World-Class Aftermarket Parts and Service Support
Technical service is available Monday through Friday to provide installation, startup assistance, and preventive maintenance programs. An emergency 24-hour technical and parts support hotline is also available. ARPAC stocks over 10,000 parts for our machines and backs them up with quick turnaround parts production capability for "line down" situations. Our hotline provides immediate response to customers' needs, and replacement parts can often be shipped the same day.
