Arrowhead Conveyor Mechanical Combiners can be configured to use either the ArrowAdvance? Series or ArrowSummit? Series Conveyor, along with multi-strand chain to gently move round, empty or full containers from mass flow to a single lane. At the exit end, a set of high density roller combiner rails assist with combining the containers into one lane.
Features and Benefits
Mechanical combiners are used to combine mass flow transportation of structural & stable cylindrical product to single file.
They are typically comprised of Table Top chain construction although Mat Top chain construction is available.
Rates of up to 1300CPM can be achieved dependent on product characteristics and weight
