The BEHN + BATES ultrasound sealing station
closes all valves with PE coating in a clean and tight way and thus prevents even smallest product particles escaping from the filled bag.
The sealing station is integrated in the filling machine frame thus saving space and cost. The bag valve is sealed directly at the filling spout by cold welding tools.
