Tube-in-tube Heat-Exchangers

They consist of tubes concentrically placed in one another. To increase the effectiveness of heating treatment for products with high viscosity, the method of “tube in tube in tube” is used, where three tubes are placed concentrically in one another. In the middle tube runs the product while in the inner and between the outer and the middle tubes runs the heating agent or cooling water.

Tubular heat-exchangers are mounted either on their own legs or on a frame. They are equipped with steam and condensate connections and product temperature control system (on customer demand).
