Our 4.5. x 20" 25/5 Micron Melt Blown Filter and 4.5" x 20" Catalytic Carbon Set will fit all big blue style housings. The 25/5 micron Melt Blown is a high flow filter with large surface area. These filters are designed for the removal of dirt, rust and sediment from the water. Using true multi-graduate depth filtration, the outer layer filters up to 25 µ, middle layer filters 10 µ and the inner layer filters down to 5 µ. The graduate density design allows for optimal dirt holding capacity and minimal change outs. Hydro- Cure melt blown filter cartridges are made of polypropylene resin meeting FDA regulations 21CFR177.1520 The polypropylene construction is excellent for chemical resistance. No binders, lubricants, additives are used in the manufacturing process. Hydro-Cure melt blown polypropylene filters have been tested and certified under NSF/ANSI standard 42 for material requirements only.  

For our Catalytic Carbon we only use Jacobi 20x50 Mesh Catalytic Carbon for better contact and higher absorption for Chloramines, Chlorine and a host of chemicals that may be in your water.

Both these filters are probably Made in the USA and carry the NSF certification.
