Our state-of-the-art wash and separation system allows the separation of components of heterogeneous or soiled plastics using the swim-sink method.

Both the swim portion (polyolefins) as well as the sink portion can be separately removed, dried and packaged.

Damp ground material can be dried and repackaged.

Ground material with dirty residues stuck to it can be washed and the dirt removed. By washing the ground material, the processor has the largest possible assurance that no contaminants and extraneous materials are left in the ground material, and that this way, wear in injection moulding machinery is reduced.
