1. Overview
Products filled under aseptic conditions have, even outside the cooling chain, a considerably longer shelf-life than fresh products. They taste equally good and do not deteriorate. Without the need for refrigeration, distribution costs are vastly reduced.
The DOGASEPTIC cup filler is available in ultra clean and aseptic applications. Both hygiene applications are thoroughly secured via a completely closed sterile system which protects the machine against recontamination by infected ambient air and effective packaging material sterilization by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2).
2. Benefits
Condensation of the applied H2O2 mixture into an extremely fine and uniform film, without droplets.
Four drying stations evaporate the residual sterilizing agent by means of hot sterile air.
Dedicated aseptic fillers, CIP-cleanable and SIP-sterilizable

DOGASEPTIC: For liquid to pasty products, with or without particulates.
Packaging material: Stackable tubs and cups from PP, PS, paper and compounds. Closing by heat-sealing of a precut aluminium membrane, paper, compounds as well as plastic lids and can additionally be equipped with re-closable snap-on lids.
