离心泵 PROLAC HCP

INOXPA卫生型转子泵适用于有严格卫生要求的食品,调味品,乳制品,制药等相关行业.转子泵的设计是基于无接触的两凸轮的同步转动,以适应输送稀的或粘稠物料,甚至是含有固体的悬浮物料.

工作原理

该泵在启动前需要将泵腔内注满流体，启动时它能吸取入口管路中的气体和液体的混合物到泵腔内。然后通过泵的离心力将气液混合物体推到分离罐内并失速，由于重力作用，流体保留在分离腔的底部并通过回流管流回到泵腔内，气体则通过的出口排出，就这样入口管道内的空气或者气体就不断的从入口端吸入并从出口管路排出，直到液体充满整个泵腔泵就开始像离心泵一样正常工作。

该泵特别对混有空气或气体的产品有较好的输送能力，广泛运用于食品加工，制药和化工行业，主要的应用是作为CIP回流泵

Design and features

The PROLAC HCP centrifugal pump is provided with a internal single mechanical seal. The seal is balanced and has a hygienic design. As standard, the stationary part is in carbon and the rotary part is in silicon carbide, the gaskets are in EPDM. However, when required, both parts of the mechanical seal can be in silicon carbide as well as the gaskets can be in FPM. There is also an option of assembly of a double mechanical seal made of two identical seals. It helps to upgrade a pump with single seal and simplifies its maintenance.
