Simple and flexible design and construction give production managers the answers they need. Load product at floor level for feeding scales directly. Or, transfer product to vibratory conveyors to feed multiple head scales.
KLEENLine Vertical Lifts feed product directly into the head of the scale and eliminate the need for mezzanine and vibratory feeders. This advantage minimizes floor space requirements by eliminating the need for mezzanine product storage. So, labor requirements go down, safety goes up and significant time and cost savings get booked.
Scooped bucket belts and variable speed controllers ensure uniform product feed to the scales. Additionally, side-by-side multiple lifts enable one operator to handle loading and monitoring for a complete system. KLEENLine design means hoppers or automated feed systems will eliminate bridging issues and allow product to be loaded from floor level.
