Traditional high-pressure systems with flat bottom tank designs act as a large settling reservoir that trap particles in suspension. Small particle fines are collected in trap oil and become large contamination chunks. These chunks of metallic collections are detrimental to long pump life.

Shown at left is a Patent Pending Reservoir System with cylindrical design for cyclonic diffusion of particulate. Contamination settles to the bottom of the tank due to the method of fluid inlet direction and inner tank design. Automatic ball valve drains the tank during machine down periods. The cylindrical reservoir and periodic flushing acts as a secondary natural filtration method, which increases pump life and reduces coolant bacteria growth. Simplistic controls design offers a minimum of components and easy access for pump change out.
