PLUM FIBER AS AN INGREDIENT

Plum fiber is a natural co-product made from the plum pomace generated from the processing of plums. Plum fibern as an all-natural ingredient is a high-quality source of soluble and insoluble dietary fiber. Plum fiber has many applications as an ingredient in the human and animal food markets. Our customers use plum fiber for the following applications:

• Additional fiber content in prepared food products

• A substitute for modified food starches

• Gluten free food production

• Increasing the amount of NATURAL ingredients in a food product

• Greening their label

• Sourcing North American ingredients

Plum fiber is available milled to customer specifications.

Packaging
Product packaged in super sacks and forty to fifty pound lined bags. All human grade product packaging meets FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and 21 CFR 178.2010 requirements.

Storage
Cool and dry storage. Keep out of sunlight.

Shelf Life
18 months from date of manufacture.
