Preform inspection upstream of the blow moulding machine
The integrated camera inspection component makes it possible to check the quality of the preforms. The preforms are checked for out-of-roundness, damage to openings and support ring fragments. An additional camera also makes it possible to check the gate.
 
Automatic blow-out
The defective preforms are separated out by the automatic blow-out without the need for any interruption to the preform feeding process. The tolerances for the camera inspection can be customised and saved using the touch panel.
 
Checked in the blow moulding machine
Performing checks upstream of the blow moulding machine significantly increases the efficiency of the PET bottling line. Stoppages in the blow moulding machine caused by oval preforms are a thing of the past.
