Application:
Planofix can be diluted with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:25 (1:10 to 1:400 when used in cleaning machines). Mechanical dissolution is only necessary in specal cases. Planofix can be used as a replacement for tetrachloroethylene (Per) or trichloroethylene (Tri) Use in an immersion bath, bucket or brush, insertion machines, cleaning machines and spray devices.
Advantages:
Economical due to high degree of dilution, requires no heat, works fast and safely, with incredible depth effect.
Contact time:
The contact time depends on the degree of contamination. The dirt normally loosens after a few moments, but the contact time may be 5-15 min for thick films.
