Hybrid (Magnet and Vacuum) Toothed Belt Conveyors
With lightweight construction in mind, aluminium as well as high-strength magnetic and non-magnetic steels have a high development potential . For the automation process in blank stacking systems and blank destackers in the pressing plant, the suspended and vertical transportation of steel or aluminium blanks on conveyor belts is necessary.
The patented belt conveyor system arranged according to the centre suction principle comprises a pair of toothed belts and centrally arranged fixed suction nozzles. Depending on the requirements, vacuum is created using the venturi principle or with high-performance fans.
