MPV Batch Pasteuriser / Sterilizer vessels

The heating medium can be steam, pressured hot water or both. With a hot water circuit, the unit can be supplied with a 90°C, 110°C or 160°C closed water boiler system. Cooling can also be integrated in the system. Depending on the accessories the system can be upgraded with a central control and automation.

A pneumatic cylinder moves up the complete lid of the vessel for full access for cleaning and inspection.
Suitable for products with high viscosities and particles up to 10mm.
Standard sizes are 20, 50 and 100l.

Manual butterfly valve with 1’’ (10l, 25l), 2’’ (50l, 100l) tri-clamp
Anchor low speed mixer with scrapers
Fully opening of the lid of vessel by pneumatic controlled cylinder (up to 100l)
Temperature probe in product and on heating/cooling side
Safety valve
Manual pressure regulation
1’’ dairy coupling in lid with viewing glass
Material product side made of SS316
Additional Accessories
Mobile electrical heater (90°C, 110°C or 160°C) (controlled on heating medium)
Automatic controlled steam heating up to 160°C (controlled on product probe)
Cooling for electrical heated system (manual valves)
Cooling for steam heating (manual valves)
Variable high speed propeller (local control)
Variable high speed high shear mixer (central control)
2 liter Feed hopper for fruit pieces.
Additional 1’’ connections on top of lid (for 50l and more only)
