The DS1150 Bagger Vac by Ruwac exemplifies our versatility in the realm of continuous duty, explosion proof safety vacuuming. As part of our Workhorse Series, the DS1150 Bagger Vac includes an ultra-rugged carbon impregnated compression cast composite design geared toward point of source extraction, general shop maintenance and continuous operation. The DS1150 Bagger Vac in particular is powered by a 2 HP TEFC motor and multi-stage turbine blade with 180 CFM. Combined with Ruwac's industry-leading MicroClean filtration and the ability to upgrade to HEPA or ULPA filtration, the DS1150 is virtually maintenance-free. All Workhorse Series vacuums are Class II, Division 2 compliant to NFPA 652 and 654 standards.
This vacuum cleaner also features a universal bagging system that allows for a safe, dust-free cleanup. This minimalizes any contact with its contents, keeping your workers safe from harmful materials in the process. Unlike other bagging systems, the Bagger Vac is universally compatible with almost any type of bagging container, eliminating the need to purchase expensive, specialized bags for use. This vacuum features Ruwac’s industry-leading MicroClean filtration system. Unlike other makers’ vacuums which use expensive cartridges that rely on gimmicky reverse pulse filtration, Ruwac's MicroClean filter outlasts and outperforms them with a proven pleated style and external manual shaker. Combined with more usable surface and a lower face velocity, this filter prevents dry materials from prematurely clogging inside. 99.99% efficient at 0.5 micron, the MicroClean's innovative design keeps filter integrity intact and in turn, ensures you have a long-lasting, low maintenance, dust-free operation that reduces costly filter replacements. Optional HEPA / ULPA Upgrade
In addition to Ruwac's premier MicroClean filtration technology, this vacuum also has the option to upgrade to HEPA or ULPA. Since the primary MicroClean filter is so efficient, only clean airs sees the filter and the result is both purified air and the elimination of costly HEPA replacements. Each HEPA filter is DOP tested and certified.
