Many food and beverage processors use thousands of reusable pallets a day. Each requires a thorough cleaning. The automated Sani-Matic Pallet Wash improves sanitary product handling and reduces labor costs by completely and consistently cleaning up to 100 pallets an hour.

The robust Pallet Wash is available in either horizontal or vertical design. It operates similarly to the Sani-Matic Tunnel Wash with the same features and options. To improve operator safety and operational efficiencies, Sani-Matic can also design material handling systems, such as stacker/destacker systems.

As with the Tunnel Wash, the Sani-Matic Pallet Wash features both tray and in-line strainers for equipment protection and increased productivity and the final rinse sensor feature promotes water conservation.
