Chipotle Chili Extract, Natural WONF can be used for beer, wine and spirits. This extract is approximately 5,000 Scoville. When used at a level of 0.50% it will impart a smoky chili flavor and 25 Scoville, which is medium heat. This flavor is TTB approved.
