Our Pure Lemongrass Extract, Natural can be used in beer, cider, wine and spirits. We recommend a starting use level of 0.05% to 0.20% in most alcoholic beverages. In beer try this extract at 0.10% and adjust to taste. This flavor is TTB approved.
