Description

The APS 1035 is based on two Cartesian axes motion with upward movements and is a single-column palletisation system. The vertical axe is made up of a tough vertical column with a horizontal beam that runs on recirculating-sphere guides. Whereas the horizontal axe is made using a beam with recirculating-sphere guides that run on the picking gripper-bearing arm.

The picking gripper is meant to lift the pallet in the desired area. The brushless motors drive the beam's vertical motion and the gripper-bearing arm’s horizontal motion. This ensures precise trajectories throughout the whole palletisation process.
