TA.XTExpress Texture Analyzer

The TA.XTExpress is designed to measure the physical and textural characteristics of many consumer packaged goods. Texture Analyzer offers cost effective analysis for simple texture measurement applications.

The TA.XTExpress Texture Analyzer works with Stable Micro Systems' industry-best software and provides comprehensive texture analysis reporting capabilities.


The TA.XTExpress Texture Analyzer is controlled by either a keypad or by Exponent Lite Express or Expression texture analysis software. Test profiles are stored for immediate use and the results analyzed automatically using either 'built-in' standards, such as TPA and Bloom or product specific procedures.Measurements can be taken 'on-line' or in laboratory settings. The results form the foundation of on-going Quality Control procedures. This information may be used, for example, to measure textural quality, identify source and batch variation and predict consumer acceptability.The TA.XTExpress Enhanced Texture Analyzer has a 10kg.f capacity (500g.f optional) in compression and tension with a measurement resolution of better than 0.1g. It has a speed range 0.1 - 10.00mm/s and a stroke of 0.1 - 135mm.
