Non pressure conveying system is the important equipment in production line,which is a new type of conveying system,it is applied to feed bottles to the bottle capping machine or labeling machine. This system was developed based on corresponding product overseas, and has been checked through many practices,consists of the multiple lines/variable speed conveyor belt and invertors/ photoelectric switches,and the dedicated digital intelligent computer controller to control the conveying of bottle.The multiple bottle conveying lines will be combined to one conveying line and one conveying line will be separated to multiple conveying lines automatically in high speed without clash and jam during conveying. A space will be kept between bottles, so there is no clash /jam noise occurred during conveying. To improve the production efficiency, The non pressure conveyor will be applied to feed bottles to bottle capping machine or labeling machine in convey system, and which will remove the stuck bottles and falled bottles automatically,to keep a smoothconveying.
