AUTOMATIC SINGLE-TRACK MACHINE WITH HEAT-SHRINK FILM, MOD. TP80 FILM

Packaging machine with stainless steel structure designed to cluster and wrap products in heat-shrink film, without sealing bars, on a single track. Machine for single-track packaging with heat-shrink film.
Stainless steel load-bearing machine structure; feed conveyor with stainless steel structure and Intralox/Marbett 90∞ chain belt; electronic product separation without mechanical size changeover. 
Brushless motors are used to separate the brick packs and execute machine movement; 90° pack transfer followed by mechanical pick-up of the resultant cluster; automatic centralised lubrication.
Second film reel holder (optional), printed film alignment (optional).
Film tension control system to ensure proper proportional length of film; end-of-reel detection and warning with machine shutdown.
Film feed/cut system with independent brushless drive and control; around-product film winding unit which operates according to the size of the pack to be wrapped. 

Simple, fast, exclusively electronic size changeover without any mechanical modifications; film prepared and assembled on suction table for motor-driven strips; electronic film length changeover; main automatic controls with warning and machine shutdown caused by: “No film winding”, “Product overturned”, “oven obstruction”, “End of reel”.
