Serac has specialized in the design and manufacturing of liquid filling machines for over 45 years and has maintained the philosophy of innovation and versatility.  We listen to our customers and strive to offer the best possible solutions available. For several years now, the gap between packaging manufacturing and filling has been diminishing. Integrated systems incorporating blowing, filling and capping are growing in popularity.  These trends have prompted us to seek new solutions for our customers.  As a leader in the industry we have developed container manufacturing equipment that can be coupled to our filling and capping machines offering an end-to-end solution for our customers.


Proven Technology
Serac developed the first weight filling system in 1969 with 3 simple goals in mind: Reliability, Durability and Accuracy. Today we continue to meet and exceed these goals as we manufacture extremely accurate Liquid Filling Machines.  The systems are designed to monitor the filling process from beginning to end, reducing costs and saving our customers money by providing precisely filled containers. 

Depending on our customer’s needs, we offer two bottle manufacturing solutions, our Stretch Blow Molding machine and our Thermoforming machine.  Both of these machines continue to increase our versatility and add to our solutions, allowing our customers a complete integrated system. Serac developed the Stretch Blow Molding machine for those seeking the ability to manufacture PET bottles in-house. Our Thermoforming Technology is based on an innovative concept employing vertical Thermoforming Technology using rolls of plastic sheeting.  The Serac Thermoforming machine is designed to produce a lighter, taller bottle in a more cost effective way than traditional methods.
